We offer a 7-day return policy exclusively for items that arrive damaged.To be noted, an unboxing video of the product is COMPULSORY for any return claims. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cholisjaipur@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
